Dental Sterilization Technician Wanted!

Job Overview We are a Beautiful Progressive Dental Practice looking for an experienced Part- Time Sterization Tech Assistant . Looking for someone who wants a home! We are a busy 3 Doctor Specialty Endo and Perio Practice that delivers a personalized family experience. Looking for the right candidate that can grow with our Amazing dental practice and call it home. We pride ourselves on our excellent patient care . The dental assistant will provide a warm, calm environment welcoming otherwise anxious patients. Great entry level position that can turn into a Full Time DA position! Knowledge, skills and abilities required: Properly clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments using approved sterilization techniques and equipment Manage inventory of sterilized supplies, ensuring all instruments are accounted for and ready for use Follow strict aseptic techniques to prevent cross-contamination during instrument processing Assist with the setup and breakdown of treatment rooms to ensure a smooth workflow Adhere to all infection control protocols, OSHA regulations, and safety standards Collaborate with dental staff to ensure timely availability of sterile instruments for patient procedures Our practice is a privately owned practice in the heart of Castle Rock.. Pay:

$18to $20per hour Part- time or Full- time opportunity Experience Prior experience in sterile processing or dental assisting preferred but not required — training provided! Strong knowledge of sterilization procedures, including use of autoclaves and other sterilization equipment Familiarity with inventory management systems and supply tracking Basic understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology relevant to dental care Demonstrated ability to follow detailed protocols with precision and care Knowledge of aseptic techniques essential for maintaining a sterile environment Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure compliance with safety standards Join us in creating a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment where patient health is our top priority!
