Specifically, this role is a great fit if you: Want to work in a modern office with a full digital tech stack, not just handed a handpiece and left to figure it out Thrive with structure, checklists, and clear systems Are coachable, dependable, and genuinely care about the patient experience Want a growth path into expanded functions, advanced procedures, and clinical leadership Are looking for a team that will recognize your skills and continue investing in them What You Will Do - Chairside and Clinical Support Prepare and turn over operatories for all procedures Take x-rays, photos, and scans using our digital systems Assist the doctor chairside across all procedure types Maintain sterile, organized, fully stocked rooms Follow OSHA and infection control protocols consistently Patient Experience Guide patients through their visit from check-in imaging to doctor handoff Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their appointment Identify urgency and support same-day treatment opportunities Treatment Flow and Documentation Assist with charting and treatment note preparation Understand how treatment is phased, sequenced, and scheduled Support smooth handoffs between clinical and front office teams Operational Support Help manage supplies, equipment care, and lab case tracking Be a team player who fills in gaps and keeps the day running smoothly What You Will Work With Our clinical team works with a full suite of modern technology. You will be expected to use and continue developing proficiency in: Intraoral imaging and full-mouth photography CBCT and digital scanning Pearl AI Our practice management and charting systems Infection control and operatory protocols built around efficiency and consistencyRequirements:
