  • Part-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic dental team.
In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating high-quality dental prosthetics, restorations, and appliances that meet precise specifications and patient needs. Your expertise will support dentists in delivering exceptional care by creating accurate, functional, and aesthetically pleasing dental products. Responsibilities Fabricate dental restorations, crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic appliances using laboratory techniques and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology. Collaborate closely with dentists to interpret prescriptions, dental impressions, and digital scans for accurate fabrication. Ensure all dental prosthetics meet strict quality standards through meticulous inspection using tools like micrometers and other measurement devices. Maintain detailed medical documentation and records of laboratory procedures, materials used, and patient specifications in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Follow infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to guarantee a sterile environment during fabrication processes. Assist with chairside procedures when necessary, including patient assessment and support during dental appointments. Stay current with advancements in dental fabrication techniques, materials, and medical imaging technologies to enhance laboratory output quality. Qualifications Proven laboratory experience in dental fabrication field. Must have experience with Exocad Knowledge of anatomy, dental terminology, relevant to dentistry. Familiarity with Dentrix/ Open Dental platforms for managing patient data. Experience with CAD/CAM (Computer-Aided Design/Manufacturing) software used in dental design and fabrication and Knowledge. Strong understanding of infection control practices and aseptic techniques within a clinical setting. Ability to accurately measure using micrometers and other precision tools. Collaboration with dental professionals and team members.
