Dental Technician - Ceramist

You will play a key role in this position by finishing full arch restorations with MiYO Liquid Ceramic system. Reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to learn all necessary office equipment are a must.

Ceramist Duties and Responsibilities:

Minor post-sinter contouring of zirconia. Applying MiYO to monolithic, full-arch implant-retained zirconia bridges and individual crowns. Full understanding of form, function, occlusion, and contour Esthetic Crown & Bridge Work - Create highly esthetic and functional restorations. Maintaining a clean work environment. Reading and following lab scripts Custom shade matching Case & Doctor Collaboration - Work closely with our doctors to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Cross-Training & Advanced Techniques - Learn and refine skills in implant restorations, All-on-4 cases, and digital workflows. Quality Control & Adjustments - Assess restorations and make necessary modifications.

Ceramist Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years experience in Dental Lab setting Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success Detail-oriented and trainable Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment Excellent organizational abilities
