We are currently looking for talented and motivated Dental Lab Technicians to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship and thrives in a team-based environment. Job Summary As a Dental Lab Technician, you will be responsible for quality assurance and control, case consultations, and providing answers to lab partners, customers, and internal staff. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all appliances meet our standards for fit, function, and esthetics. Key Responsibilities Read and understand lab prescriptions Evaluate model work, bites, and articulation Ensure accurate interpretation of dentist prescriptions and specifications Collaborate with other technicians and dental professionals to troubleshoot and refine cases Consult with and provide feedback to dentists Minor restoration adjustments Maintain a clean and organized workstation and model room Adhere to all lab protocols and quality contact standards Qualifications 5+ years proven experience as a Dental Lab Technician Proficiency with dental lab equipment, materials, and techniques Strong attention to details Ability to work effectively within a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and adapt to a growing, changing environment Experience with CAD software CDT certification is a plus, but not required What We Offer Free parking downtown Earned wage access Employer-paid 50% of insurance premiums (up to $400 per month) Six paid holidays 401(k) A supportive and positive work environment within a growing company If you are passionate about craftsmanship and precision, we would love to hear from you.
