This role is ideal for an experienced dental technician who possesses deep technical expertise in both orthodontic appliances and removable dentures/partials , combined with excellent communication skills to provide technical guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Consultation:
Serve as a subject matter expert on the fabrication, design, and troubleshooting of high-quality orthodontic and removable appliances based on clinical prescriptions.
Quality Assurance:
Evaluate and understand complex dental appliance creation, including wire placement, band cementing, and bracket installation, ensuring top-tier quality standards.
Removables Expertise:
Provide deep technical knowledge and oversight regarding the fabrication and fit of removable dentures and partials.
Collaboration:
Act as a bridge between technical production and client inquiries to ensure precise execution of dental cases.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven track record as an Orthodontic and/or Removables Laboratory Technician.
Technical Knowledge:
In-depth, comprehensive knowledge of orthodontic appliances, removable dentures, partials, and associated laboratory procedures.
Digital Skills:
Proficiency with modern dental laboratory software systems and digital workflows.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work seamlessly both independently and alongside a team.
Pay:
$26.00 - $34.00 per hour
