Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic dental implant team as a Dental Laboratory Technician, where your expertise in dental fabrication and laboratory procedures will help craft high-quality dental prosthetics and restorations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical skills with patient-centered care, ensuring each patient receives functional and aesthetically pleasing dental solutions. Duties Fabricate dental prosthetics such as dentures, crowns and Implant Crowns and Full Arch Hybrid Zirconia restorations Be familiar with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to assist in designing restorations and communicate effectively with the dental team Maintain strict infection control and aseptic techniques during all laboratory procedures to ensure patient safety Collaborate with dentists during chairside assisting sessions to understand specific patient needs and adjust laboratory work accordingly Prepare and process medical imaging data and dental records to support accurate fabrication and documentation Utilize tools such as micrometers to measure and verify dimensions for optimal fit and function Keep detailed medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies Skills Extensive laboratory experience in dental fabrication, including working with various materials and techniques Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to dentistry Proficiency in using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Open Dental for documentation and record keeping Familiarity with CAD software for designing restorations and appliances Ability to perform chairside assisting tasks including patient assessment, vital signs measurement, and maintaining sterile environments Understanding of infection control protocols, including aseptic technique and sterilization procedures Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams Embark on a fulfilling career where your technical expertise directly enhances patient outcomes. Pay:
$18.00 - $29.58 per hour
