Orthodontic records tech and patient greeter - will train

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our orthodontic office. The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced team to ensure our patients receive a high-quality orthodontic experience in a welcoming and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients in a friendly and courteous manner Take pictures/scans of patients' teeth and face Clean dental units and support sterilization efforts Assist the dental team with a variety of tasks Contribute to management and administrative tasks such as maintaining patient communication, processing lab prescriptions to aligner companies and outside labs, and overseeing some workflows. Provide patients with oral hygiene instructions and post-appointment care information Help make orthodontic retainers

Qualifications:
