In-Office Dental Laboratory Technician for private specialty office (Prosthodontics and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery)

Full-Time About Our Practice We are a private, multidisciplinary specialty practice featuring a Prosthodontist and an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon working in a fully integrated, digital environment with an on-site dental lab. Our focus is comprehensive implant rehabilitation, full-arch solutions, and esthetic excellence. We pride ourselves on precision, efficiency, and delivering a premium patient experience. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Lab Technician to support our digital restorative workflows from planning through final restoration. This role works closely with a prosthodontist, oral surgeon, assistants, and lab partners to ensure precise, efficient, and high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assist with implant case planning and digital workflows Manage and organize implant components and inventory Design and fabricate CAD/CAM restorations Prepare surgical guides and prosthetic components Support chairside procedures when needed Maintain accurate case documentation and timelines Oversee and maintain laboratory space, stock and equipment Manage dental records and documentation accurately within our practice management software system, while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Qualifications Experience in dental lab technology, implant dentistry, or prosthodontics preferred Familiarity with digital dentistry (intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM software) Knowledge of implant systems (e.g., Nobel Biocare, Straumann, BioHorizons) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills Preferred Skills Experience with Exocad Understanding of digital full arch implant workflows Familiarity with sintering and glazing zirconia restorations Experience with 3D printing and milling from nesting to fabrication Dental assisting or lab certification (CDA, CDT) is a plus Compensation & Benefits On-site training as needed with prosthodontist Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance/HSA/Dental/Vision/Short Term Disability/Life insurance/401(k) / 401(k) match/PTO /6 paid Holidays/ CE allowance Opportunities for growth and continuing education Hours are Monday - Thursday, 7:30am to 4:30pm with flexibility for occasional extended hours.
