Job Description

Join a Growing Specialty Dental Practice. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our endodontic specialty practice as a Dental Sterilization Technician. •
Note:
This position is a summer position that could turn into a more long-term position This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, maintaining high standards, and playing a critical role in patient care. Previous dental experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Primary Responsibilities Clean, disinfect, package, and sterilize dental instruments Maintain instrument tracking and sterilization records Set up and break down treatment rooms Organize supplies and maintain inventory Assist with operatory turnover between patients Ensure compliance with infection control and OSHA standards Help maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Support the clinical team as needed Help front desk staff check patients in or provide clerical assistance What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Dependable and punctual Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable following established protocols and checklists Able to work independently Able to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment Professional and respectful with patients and team members Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting supplies throughout the day Experience Preferred but not required: Dental assisting experience Sterile processing experience Healthcare experience Knowledge of infection control procedures We will provide training for motivated individuals with the right attitude and work ethic. Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
