We are a top-notch dental laboratory dedicated to excellence, precision, and artistry in restorative dentistry. We are looking for a talented Dental Ceramist to join our team and bring their craftsmanship and esthetic eye to our restorative work.
Position Overview:
The Dental Ceramist will be responsible for creating lifelike, high-quality ceramic restorations, including crowns, veneers, bridges, and implant-supported restorations. This role requires an artistic eye, strong technical skills, and a passion for producing natural esthetics that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Layer porcelain and characterize restorations for optimal esthetics and function. Fabricate and finish crowns, veneers, bridges, and implant restorations. Collaborate with clinicians and team members to ensure shade accuracy and case success. Perform quality checks on all finished restorations to ensure consistency and excellence. Stay current with the latest techniques, materials, and industry trends. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a dental ceramist in a laboratory setting. Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, and esthetics. Experience with porcelain layering, staining, and glazing techniques. Familiarity with zirconia, lithium disilicate, and other modern materials. Excellent attention to detail and artistic ability. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
