Position Overview:

The CAD/CAM Specialist will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality dental restorations using advanced CAD/CAM software and equipment. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and strong collaboration with both the internal lab team and clinicians. Pay will be based on experience!

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce crowns, bridges, implant restorations, and other prosthetics using CAD/CAM software (e.g., 3Shape, Exocad). Operate and maintain milling machines, 3D printers, and related digital equipment. Collaborate with technicians and dentists to ensure accuracy, functionality, and esthetics of restorations. Troubleshoot design or equipment issues to maintain production flow. Stay current with CAD/CAM advancements, software updates, and best practices. Assist with digital case intake and data management for intraoral scans.

Qualifications:

2+ years of dental CAD/CAM design experience (lab or clinical setting). Proficiency with 3Shape, Exocad, or other CAD software required. Familiarity with milling machines, 3D printing, and digital workflows. Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and restorative principles. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
