In this role, you will use advanced CAD/CAM technologies to create precise dental restorations, including All-on-X restorations, crowns, and bridges. Your expertise will ensure the production of high-quality prosthetics that meet clinical specifications and patient needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical proficiency with a passion for improving patient outcomes through innovative dental fabrication. Responsibilities Design full-arch implant, including All-on-X, single- and multi-unit crown and bridge restorations using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and aesthetic appeal in line with the dentist's specifications. Prepare and submit implant cases to manufacturers for custom abutments, bars, and related components. Operate and manage milling workflows, including nesting, job preparation, and production scheduling, while adhering to quality control standards. Collaborate with dental practitioners regarding case planning, design approvals, and technical requirements. Maintain digital case records and organize files efficiently. Assist with troubleshooting design, implant, and manufacturing issues, as needed. Requirements Strong laboratory experience in designing full-arch implant restorations, hybrid prostheses, crown and bridge restorations. Proficiency in CAD software, such as Exocad and 3Shape Dental System, and familiarity with CAM equipment used in dental laboratories. Experience working with implant manufacturers and custom abutment workflows. Thorough understanding of restorative and implant dentistry. Effective communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple cases and deadlines. What We're Looking For The right candidate is: Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
