Job Description
Wilson Orthodontics is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented for Dental Sterilization Technician to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient clinical environment for our patients and team members. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in the dental field. We provide hands-on training and offer a clear pathway for growth within the practice. For motivated individuals, there is potential to advance into an Orthodontic Assistant role through additional training and development. Responsibilities Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and equipment Prepare instrument trays for patient appointments Maintain sterilization records and follow OSHA and infection control protocols Stock and organize clinical supplies Assist with operatory turnover between patients Help maintain cleanliness throughout the office Support the clinical team with various tasks as needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Ability to follow protocols and procedures Excellent organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dental experience is a plus but not required Requirements Must have reliable transportation Must be willing to travel between our Keene, NH and Greenfield, MA locations Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Starting competitive hourly pay ($16-$18/hour based on experience) Paid training Supportive team environment Opportunities for career advancement Potential to train and grow into an Orthodontic Assistant position If you are looking for a rewarding position in healthcare and want the opportunity to build a long-term career in orthodontics, we'd love to hear from you!
