Dental Lab Technician (Dentures)

We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Dental Lab Technician opportunity specializing in denture fabrication at NDX H&O Dental Laboratory in Manchester, NH . The regular hours for this position are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time. Position:

Read prescriptions and specifications received from dentist Removable prosthetics knowledge required Processing, Finishing or Waxing dentures and partials preferred Implant knowledge is a plus All other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities Required:

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English Excellent eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity Detail oriented

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

Preferred:

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

1-3 years in a dental laboratory denture fabrication department

Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:

Wet grinders

Hand-pieces Coping Saws Bard Parker Knives Steamers Acetone Die-Separator Accelerator Glue Die-Hardener Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions Read and interpret prescriptions and other required documentation Ability to effectively communicate technical information Vision capabilities: depth perception, attention to detail, and/or color High School or Equivalent or better.
