Job Description

Work in a modern, growing digital dental lab directly integrated with an oral surgery practice About Us Queensboro Lab is a growing in-house dental laboratory within Queensboro Oral Surgery. We are a small team currently focused on designing and fabricating screw-retained temporary and final prostheses. With 3 full-time technicians and 1 part-time staff member, we manage approximately 15-20 cases per week and are preparing to expand our services as we grow. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our team as a Dental 3D Printing Technician. This role is ideal for someone interested in digital dentistry and hands-on fabrication. While experience is preferred, no prior lab or dental assisting experience is required—we provide on-the-job training. Position Overview The Dental Print Technician will be responsible for post processing 3D printed restorations for same day delivery and updating lab records. These restorations are medical devices and it is extremely important to have a technician who follows guidelines and pays attention to details. You will work closely with our surgical and restorative teams to ensure high-quality results and timely case delivery since we deliver temporaries on the same day as surgery. This role offers direct growth potential as we expand, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in dental technology. Key Responsibilities Post processing 3D printed restorations. Collaborate with the clinical team and restorative team to ensure accurate design specifications and case planning. Follow lab and material protocols and safety procedures . Manage digital case files, scans, and workflow tracking to ensure our records are accurate.
Qualifications Required:
Reliability and time-management skills Interest in digital dentistry, design, or laboratory technology High attention to detail Strong communication skills Ability to learn specialized software and workflows Preferred (but not required): Experience in dental laboratory settings or dental assisting Experience with 3D printing, milling, or digital design software Familiarity with implant workflows or screw-retained prosthetics Schedule & Availability We are seeking a full-time employee Our schedule is Monday-Wednesday 9-5, Thursday 9-6, and Friday 9-2 Why Join Us?
