Our privately owned, and managed dental practice in Grants Pass, OR, is seeking a friendly and energetic Dental Sterilization Technician to help us care for our wonderful patients. As a Dental Sterilization Technician, your attention to detail will ensure the highest standards of infection control and patient safety. In this vital role, you will be responsible for sterilizing and preparing dental instruments, managing inventory, and supporting the clinical team to deliver exceptional dental care.

How You Will Help Patients Live Longer Happier Lives:

Assist clinical team members by anticipating needs and maintaining an organized workflow Prepare and assemble instrument trays for upcoming procedures Clean, disinfect, and reset treatment rooms between patients Sterilize dental instruments and equipment in accordance with OSHA and CDC guidelines Monitor and document sterilization cycles to ensure compliance Package, label, and properly store all instruments Maintain inventory of sterilization supplies and notify the Clinical Manager of shortages Perform daily lab and sterilization area duties Contribute to a safe, clean, efficient, and positive work environment

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time Frequent bending, reaching, and movement between operatories Ability to lift and carry up to [25-30] pounds Manual dexterity to handle instruments and operate sterilization equipment Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail

Who You Are:

One (1) or more years of practical experience as a sterilization technician Knowledge of sterilization processes and sterile processing standards Organized with strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of dental terminology Effective interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset Willingness and ability to learn quickly Ability to multitask while managing time and priorities effectively Self-starter with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently Dependable, demonstrating reliability and a high level of professionalism Please apply via this listing.
