Job Description

Job Summary A family-owned dental practice with over 40 years of experience is seeking a skilled Dental Lab Technician to join our in-house digital laboratory. We combine decades of trusted patient care with the latest dental technology — and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for quality and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software, CNC milling equipment, and digital 3D printing. Responsibilities Fabricate crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant-supported restorations Operate CAD/CAM design software and CNC milling machines Use digital 3D printers for prosthetic fabrication and surgical guides Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff on case specifications Maintain equipment and manage lab inventory Uphold quality control and turnaround time standards Requirements 1+ years of dental laboratory experience preferred Knowledge of CAD/CAM software (exocad, 3Shape, or similar) Experience with CNC milling and/or 3D printing technology Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Dental Lab Technician certification a plus but not required Benefits Competitive pay based on experience A stable, family-oriented work environment built on 40 years of community trust Access to state-of-the-art dental technology Continuing education opportunities About Us We are a family-owned dental practice that has proudly served our community for over four decades.
