Front Desk Assistant

Job description: Work at the most esteemed place in Montgomeryville, PA. We are the official dental lab of the Philadelphia Eagles. Our lab has completed work for many NFL players, Hollywood celebrities, and local celebrities. We work with 700+ dentists Nationwide, and have been in this business for the last 30+ years. We are expanding, and looking to add another great team player to work with us. We are looking for a permanent, dependent, full-time employee who wants to grow with us. Full training will be provided for the Front Desk Assistant position, so is a great opportunity for a recent graduate looking for a career in Administration or management. We provide competitive compensation.

Job duties include the following:

Unpack incoming shipments and complete data entry using our dental lab software. Quality check cases for any missing information/part/device. Liaise and coordinate with the dental office for product-related inquiries. Invoice and pack dental cases for shipment. Coordinate delivery of completed cases with various logistic departments (FedEx, UPS, Route Messenger, Local Drivers). Assist in the dental lab as and when necessary. Follow up with new and existing dentists for their feedback.
