What You'll Do As our Sterilization Tech, you are a critical part of how our practice runs every single day.

Your responsibilities will include:

Cleaning, packaging, and sterilizing all instruments and equipment according to OSHA and infection control protocols Setting up and breaking down treatment rooms between patients Maintaining and monitoring sterilization equipment and supplies Keeping the sterilization area organized, stocked, and running smoothly Supporting the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow What We're Looking For Prior dental or medical sterilization experience is strongly preferred A detail-oriented, reliable, and hardworking individual Someone who takes pride in cleanliness and organization A true team player who lifts the people around them Exceptional candidates with a strong work history but no dental experience will be considered What We Offer 30+ hours per week, Monday through Thursday with occasional Fridays Compensation commensurate with experience Benefits may include health insurance, dental, PTO, paid holidays, and 401(k) based on hours worked A practice where the team is the reason people stay We are proud of the culture we have built at Sherman Orthodontics.
