About Us Chatt Implants & Dentures is Chattanooga's premier dental implant center, offering a modern, state-of-the-art clinical and laboratory environment. We are a growing team focused on delivering high-quality implant and denture solutions using advanced digital technology. Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated, self-motivated Lab Technician with RDA certification to join our team. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and operate advanced dental lab equipment and digital workflows. Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Lab & Fabrication Fabricate full-arch, implant-supported dentures using 3D printers, scanners, and digital workflows Operate and become proficient in 3D printing software Print, finish, and layer PMMAs and dentures Scan dentures and PMMAs using a desktop scanner Nest and prepare files for printing Equipment & Technology Management Maintain and troubleshoot 3D printers, wash/cure units, and scanners Communicate with manufacturers regarding equipment issues Ensure all lab equipment is functioning and up to date Case & Lab Coordination Track and order lab supplies Communicate with external dental laboratories regarding case progress Stay at least 3 days ahead on case scheduling and arrivals Clinical & Lab Support Assist providers in patient care and procedures Take diagnostic patient X-rays Perform lab procedures including: Impressions Model creation and trimming Temporary crown fabrication Denture and partial polishing In office milling Traditional Lab Work Pour stone models Fabricate wax rims and custom trays Cement implant crowns to abutments Fabricate nightguards Additional Duties Upload and edit patient photos using Lightroom Print surgical guides/troughs and photos Prepare and sterilize operatories in compliance with OSHA and CDC guidelines Maintain a clean and organized workspace Contribute as a collaborative team member Requirements & Qualifications Completion of an accredited dental assisting program and/or DANB certification Current RDA or CDA certification (per state regulations) Nitrous oxide certification Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment What We're Looking For Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable with digital dentistry and technology Strong communication and problem-solving skills Team-first mindset with a positive attitudePay:
