We are seeking a Dental Model & Scanning Technician to support a physical-to-digital dental workflow in a laboratory setting. The role involves preparing dental models and converting them into digital files using desktop scanning systems. This position requires accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail in a production-based environment. Key Responsibilities
Receive and organize incoming dental impression cases
Pour, trim, and prepare stone dental models
Articulate models when required
Scan models using desktop scanners (e.g., 3Shape, Medit, or similar systems)
Review scanned files for accuracy (margins, contacts, occlusion)
Export and properly organize digital case files
Identify and report any case issues before production processing
Qualifications Required:
Experience working with dental models (pouring, trimming, and preparation)
Familiarity with dental scanning systems (e.g., 3Shape, Medit, or equivalent)
Basic understanding of dental anatomy and occlusion
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain production consistency
Good organizational and time-management skills
Preferred:
Prior dental laboratory experience
Exposure to implant or removable prosthetic cases
Experience working with digital dental workflows Work Schedule
On-site role based in Arlington, Texas
