In this pivotal role, you will leverage cutting-edge computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) technologies to create precise dental restorations, prosthetics, and appliances. Your expertise will ensure the highest quality outcomes for patients while supporting the workflow of dental professionals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical skill with clinical understanding in a fast-paced, collaborative environment dedicated to excellence in dental fabrication. Duties Develop and modify detailed digital dental models using advanced CAD software to ensure accurate fit and function of restorations and appliances Operate and maintain CAM equipment, including milling machines and 3D printers, to produce high-quality dental prosthetics with precision Collaborate with dental clinicians to interpret lab prescriptions, ensuring designs meet specific patient needs and clinical specifications Conduct thorough quality control checks on finished products, verifying dimensions with tools such as micrometers and ensuring adherence to strict infection control protocols Assist in training team members on CAD/CAM software features, laboratory procedures, and infection control practices Qualifications Proven experience in laboratories involving dental fabrication and digital design tools Proficiency with CAD software for designing dental restorations; familiarity with CAM machinery operation is essential Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical imaging, and medical documentation standards laboratory results relevant to dental procedures Experience with medical imaging techniques relevant to dentistry; understanding of aseptic techniques and infection control protocols Excellent attention to detail when measuring with micrometers or other precision instruments; strong organizational skills for managing multiple cases simultaneously Join us as a CAD/CAM Specialist and become a vital part of transforming digital dentistry into real-world solutions!
