At Key Element Dental Laboratory, we specialize in cosmetic dentistry, implants, and complex restorative cases ; and we take pride in pushing the craft forward. Our modern facility is just 15 minutes from Virginia Beach. About the Role We're looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Dental Ceramist to craft beautiful zirconia and e.max restorations. You bring a real understanding of esthetics, anatomy, and occlusion to every case. What You'll Do Finish, stain, and glaze zirconia and e.max restorations : crowns,bridges, and implants Finish, stain, and glaze PMMA provisionals Ensure clean margins, natural occlusion, and lifelike contours Deliver units that look great, fit well, and need minimal adjustment Die trimming is a plus, not a requirement What We're Looking For A strong foundation in dental anatomy, occlusion, and esthetics Comfortable with digital tools/software for shade data and dentist communication Sharp attention to detail, fine manual dexterity, and accurate color perception If you take pride in the work that leaves your bench, we'd love to meet you.
