software Digital design for dental prosthetics Dental terminology Attention to detail Milling Digital design Full Job Description Key Element Dental Laboratory specializes in cosmetic dentistry, hybrids, and implants. We are a high-end dental lab; no massive production . As a CAD/CAM Dental Lab Designer your functions include, but are not limited to:- Designing dental crowns, bridges, implants and hybrids using CAD software, 3Shape and Exocad.
- Do digital diagnostic designs.
- Do nesting, and milling.
- Read and understand the dentist prescription.
- Place orders of implant parts, talking with manufacturers, and clients when necessary. ```Skills``` This position requires knowledge of CAD/CAM technology and design.
- Candidate should be able to use computer and related software programs to access information sent by dentists. Be familiar with Sirona, iTero, 3D Shape, and Medit systems, among others.
- Knows how to use software for implants and hybrids planning and design.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems for digital dentistry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and adherence to patient confidentiality guidelines
- Understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry
- Minimum 5 years of experience
