Entry Level About Us Advanced Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to children and families in Pasco. We're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable team member to join us as a Sterilization Technician. No prior dental experience is required — we'll train the right person! What You'll Do Clean, sterilize, and properly package dental instruments according to OSHA and infection control guidelines Set up and break down treatment rooms between patients Maintain inventory of dental supplies and restock operatories as needed Operate and maintain sterilization equipment (autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, etc.) Follow all infection control and safety protocols Assist clinical team with general support tasks as needed Keep sterilization area organized, clean, and compliant with health regulations What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and commitment to following protocols Ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks Reliable, punctual, and a team player Comfortable working in a pediatric/family-focused environment Previous dental, medical, or healthcare experience a plus, but not required — we provide training!
