We are a family dental practice in North Seattle seeking a sterilization technician to join our team. This is a clinical role that supports our awesome dental hygienists and dental assistants. Must be a quick learner and reliable. We will provide on-the-job training, as well as opportunities to train to be a chairside dental assistant to those who are interested. Why you should work with us Flexible work schedule: part-time or full-time options (our primary need is Tue-Thurs) Convenient North Seattle location with plentiful free parking Our doctors are great to work with and closely affiliated with the University of Washington School of Dentistry. They are a great resource for someone wanting to pursue dentistry or dental hygiene. We have had previous sterilization technicians graduate into dental assisting and ultimately be accepted into dental hygiene and DDS programs. Opportunity for on-the-job training to grow into a chairside dental assistant and be eligible for higher pay Primary responsibilities: Efficiently run all sterilization procedures Patient room set-up + take-down Disinfection of patient room and equipment Restock patient rooms with supplies Assist dental assistants and dental hygienists We are looking for an individual who has a great attitude, is a quick learner with a strong work ethic, and is reliable in showing up for work.
