Full-Time or Part-Time General Dentist - Kent & Lakewood, WA We are a small, family-style dental services group with two locations in Kent and Lakewood, Washington , seeking a dedicated General Dentist to join our growing team on on a part-time basis. Dentistry is more than procedures—it's about people. That's why we handle the business side, so you can concentrate fully on your patients. We understand that many dentists would rather focus on patient care than spend their time managing the complexities of running a business. That's why we handle all the administrative responsibilities for you, including: HR and staffing Billing and collections Marketing and scheduling Insurance and credentialing Payroll and compliance Your clinical autonomy is fully respected— you are in charge of your treatment plans . Our role is to support you, not to interfere. We provide the infrastructure and team so that you can focus 100% on delivering outstanding patient care in a low-stress, collaborative environment .

The minimum pay is $700 for a full day of work, while the maximum is 34% of adjusted production or $1,000, whichever is greater. We have 2 locations in Lakewood and Kent.
