Requirements:

Must be certified as a Dialysis Tech Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dialysis Tech. BLS Certification. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor dialysis machines according to established protocols and patient-specific needs. Assess patient condition before, during, and after dialysis sessions, including vital signs and overall well-being. Maintain strict aseptic techniques to prevent infections and ensure a sterile environment throughout procedures. Educate patients on the dialysis process, including pre- and post-treatment care instructions. Document all treatments accurately in patient records, noting any adverse reactions or deviations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals such as nephrologists and nurses to develop and modify treatment plans. Monitor for complications or adverse effects during dialysis sessions and respond promptly according to safety guidelines.
