Schedule Full Time (Monday-Friday) Day shift only No weekends Fixed schedule/no on-call Key Responsibilities Prepare and set up dialysis machines prior to treatment sessions. Initiate and terminate dialysis treatments in accordance with established policies and procedures, which may include: Accessing temporary vascular access Cannulating permanent vascular access Administering anticoagulants, topical anesthetics, or normal saline (as permitted by local regulations) Monitor and accurately document patient treatment data in the medical record. Reinforce training and educational content as provided by other healthcare team members. Adhere to approved quality control procedures when assisting with hemodialysis treatments under the supervision of a registered nurse. Provide patient care with compassion, professionalism, and without discrimination. Ensure that informed consent is obtained and properly documented prior to initiating procedures. Collaborate and assist other healthcare team members as needed or requested. Perform other related duties as assigned or directed by supervisory staff. Requirements Must hold a valid CCHT or CHT certification In the states of Ohio, Maryland, and Kentucky, a valid Dialysis Technician (DT) certification is also required in addition to the
CCHT/CHT BLS
