Job Description

Oversee and coordinate all technical operations for the department involving the preparation, operation and maintenance of equipment used for Hemodialysis/CRRT.
Hours:
4x10hr shifts
Responsibilities:
1.) Keep/maintain targeted flow of monthly machine culture/endotoxin sendoff 2.) Follow up with samples reported out of range-recollection follow up 3.) Maintain sample results within Excel file 4.) Key point person for D&D lab follow up if needed 5.) Maintain communication/throughput with biomed related to Machine repairs and delays 6.) Present, via TEAMS, machine culture/endotoxin results during bimonthly Dialysis quality meeting 7.) Provide monthly review/audit of all machine log sheets with report out (missing data or instances of noncompliance with e stablished departmental policy and procedures. 8.) Assist with orientation of new staff 9.) Conduct annual and as needed competency training of all technical team members 10.) Basic Functional understanding of Microsoft applications 11.) maintain CCHT or equivalent certification required 12.) Maintain inventory of specialty dialysis supplies via ePRO procurement system 13.) Maintain monthly QI metrics for dialysis technical team compliance
