Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) to join our Dialysis team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care and support individuals receiving life-sustaining dialysis treatments in a caring, patient-focused environment. Responsibilities:
Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and equipment Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatments to patients Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment Record vital signs and treatment information accurately Assist nurses and providers with patient care needs Maintain infection control and safety standards Offer compassionate support and education to patients and families Help create a welcoming and positive patient experience Desire to enter the health care field to care for other people in need High school diploma or equivalent Must be a PCT with at least a year of experience in hemodialysis within the last 24 months Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) is required within 18 months Must have current American Heart Association, Basic Cardiac Life Support and Healthcare Provider card Must be comfortable working around blood and needles Must be comfortable mixing acid or bicarb Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed Physical and mental ability to work long hours (some shifts are 12+ hours) on your feet so wear comfortable shoes!
