What You'll Be Doing:
Set up and clean meal trays; strip returned trays and operate dishwasher. Assist with meal service, snacks, and resident nourishments. Monitor and record dishwasher temperature and sanitizer levels. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment. Sweep, mop, take out trash, and clean work surfaces and equipment. Unpack and store groceries in an organized and safe manner. Support the cook and dietary supervisor as needed.
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent. Must obtain and maintain Food Handlers' Certificate. Ability to work in cooperation and harmony with personnel in all departments. Why Centennial Post Acute?
