This flexible position is ideal for someone looking for a variety of shifts while helping ensure our residents receive nutritious meals and excellent service every day. As a Dietary Aide, you will play an important role in supporting resident satisfaction, meal service, and the overall dining experience within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Position Highlights Float/Flex Schedule Opportunity for Additional Hours Supportive Team Environment Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Setting Competitive Pay Responsibilities Assist with meal preparation and food service Set up and serve meals according to dietary guidelines Deliver trays and assist residents during meal service as needed Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Follow food safety and infection control procedures Assist with stocking supplies and organizing kitchen areas Work collaboratively with dietary staff, nursing teams, and residents Qualifications Previous dietary, food service, restaurant, hospitality, or healthcare experience preferred but not required Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and positive attitude Commitment to providing excellent service to residents Why Join Northgate Health & Rehab?
