As a Dietary Aide, you will help provide nutritious meals and excellent dining service to residents receiving skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care services. Competitive pay Weekly pay Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee recognition programs Opportunities for advancement and career growth Supportive leadership team and positive workplace culture Dietary Aide Responsibilities Assist with meal preparation and food service for residents Prepare meal trays according to resident diet orders and nutritional guidelines Deliver meals and snacks in a timely and professional manner Assist residents during meal service as needed Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen and dining areas Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and food service equipment Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures Support cooks and dietary staff with daily kitchen operations Provide courteous and respectful service to residents, families, and visitors Qualifications Previous experience as a Dietary Aide, Dietary Assistant, Food Service Worker, Server, Cook, Restaurant Team Member, or Healthcare Food Service Worker is preferred but not required Experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation center, hospital, assisted living community, or long-term care setting is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and positive attitude Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry items throughout the shift Must meet all pre-employment requirements Why This Role Matters The Dietary Department plays a vital role in the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.
