Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, a leading provider of exceptional care in Eight Mile, AL, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our culinary team. As a Dietary Aide at Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing high-quality food and beverage services. Key Responsibilities:
Assists in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks to our residents, ensuring that food is prepared according to our standards and in a timely manner Maintains a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict sanitation and safety guidelines Assists with food storage, inventory management, and ordering of supplies as needed Collaborates with the culinary team to plan and prepare special events and activities for our residents Provides exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and staff, ensuring a positive dining experience Participates in food safety and sanitation training programs to maintain our high standards
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in food service or healthcare environment preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Excellent communication and teamwork skills
