Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Dietary Aide to join our team! In this vital role, you will support the dietary department by assisting with food preparation, service, and sanitation to ensure our residents receive nutritious, delicious meals in a clean and safe environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a positive dining experience for our residents every day. Duties Assist with food production and meal preparation according to dietary guidelines and safety standards Serve meals to residents with friendly customer service, ensuring proper portioning and presentation Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, dining rooms, and food handling stations through regular sanitation and cleaning Support food safety protocols by following proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Help with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and organizing dining areas to promote a pleasant atmosphere Assist with food inventory management and restocking supplies as needed Follow all health regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety Skills Previous experience in assisted living, nursing home, hospital, or food industry environments is preferred Knowledge of food preparation, serving techniques, and sanitation standards Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Familiarity with dietary department operations and food safety protocols Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced setting Basic culinary skills and experience with meal preparation are highly valued Join us as a Dietary Aide and become an essential part of creating a warm, welcoming environment where our residents feel cared for through nutritious meals and attentive service.
