• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to oversee the dietary department in a healthcare or long-term care setting in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

This role requires an active dietary manager certification from an approved program (CDM or equivalent as required by regulation). The Dietary Manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality nutritional services, regulatory compliance, and efficient department operations. Qualifications

Food & Nutrition Services Manager Required:

Active Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential or equivalent certification required by state/federal regulations Experience in dietary services, food service management, or long-term care nutrition operations Knowledge of federal, state, and local dietary and healthcare regulations Ability to manage and organize dietary department operations effectively Strong communication skills with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams Ability to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

Preferred:

Previous experience as a Dietary Manager in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility Experience developing individualized nutritional or dietary plans Familiarity with healthcare facility operations and interdisciplinary care coordination Responsibilities
