Job Description

Dietary Aide Join our exceptional team at The Springs of Camden, a premier healthcare organization dedicated to delivering exceptional care and services to our patients and residents. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our patients and residents are met while maintaining a high level of quality and safety. About the
Role:
As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals, snacks, and beverages to patients and residents in accordance with established dietary guidelines and protocols. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dietary department, restocking supplies, and assisting with food waste disposal.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages to patients and residents in a timely and efficient manner Maintain a clean and organized dietary department, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas Restock supplies and assist with food waste disposal Assist with food production, such as washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits Ensure that all food is served at the correct temperature and in a timely manner Maintain accurate records of food production and service Assist with tray setup and delivery to patients and residents Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required 0-6 months of experience in food service or a related field Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Working at
