Responsibilities Dietary Manager Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health is one of Arkansas premier adolescence mental health facilities offering hope and healing for children and teens who struggle with behavioral health issues. Strong cooking and supervisory experience of 2 or more years in food service at a healthcare facility preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
Must be able to obtain ServSafe Certification within 6 months of hire.
Working Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of food preparation utilizing menus, kitchen equipment and kitchen cleaning methods/products, safety and infection control practices. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff. Demonstrates proficient time management skills.
Essential Physical Requirements:
Requires full range of body motion, including bending, handling and lifting, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination. Able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Able to lift and carry equipment and supplies of 50 lbs or more.
