Job Description

Come join our team as a Dietary Aide ! Sierra Tucson has been a place of peace, hope, and healing for 40 years. Sierra Tucson is the premier residential and outpatient treatment center in the nation treating substance use disorder, trauma-related issues, mood and anxiety, and co-occurring disorders. On our serene, 160-acre campus, experienced professionals provide integrative, evidence-based care to help adults of all genders achieve lasting recovery. The secluded setting is ideal for an atmosphere of tranquility as well as safety.

STATEMENT
Routine food preparation and delivery services of cold or hot foods in the facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Perform routine tasks related to clean up and sanitation of kitchen, dining or serving areas. Properly prepare, serve and store food in accordance with facility policies. Ensure compliance with state or federal regulations. Prepare foods according to standardized recipes and approved menu. Utilize service methods and food handling techniques to ensure quality. Understand and apply the sanitation procedures needed to provide a safe and healthy environment. Adhere to menu compliance, special diet compliance and report any dietary non-compliance, concern or complaint of patients to dietician, supervisor or manager. Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS
