Dietary Manager Sky Harbor Hourly Haven Health Sky Harbor, LLC - 3.1 Phoenix, AZ Job Details Full-time 10 hours ago Qualifications Certified Dietary Manager English Food Handler Certification Full Job Description The Dietary Manager works under the direction of the Executive Director and is an active member of the Interdisciplinary Care Team. The Dietary Manager is responsible for all aspects of budgeting, purchasing, storage, preparation and service of dietary therapeutic resident meals. The Dietary Manager ensures that all required documentation for the Dietary Department, resident care plan and MDS records. The Dietary Manager supervises and schedules all Cooks and Dietary Aides. > Dietary Manager Certification Where Required > Food Handler's Permit in Required Counties > Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain) > Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing > Tuberculosis Testing > Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire) > Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds > Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English Haven Health is the largest rural healthcare provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation throughout Arizona.
