If so, we are looking for YOU ! At Waynesburg Nursing & Rehab, we believe that exceptional care starts with exceptional people —and that includes our residents AND our staff. We're growing, and we're searching for a Certified Dietary Assistant Manager (CDM) who is dedicated to excellence in food service and leadership.
What You'll Do:
Lead and inspire a team of dietary professionals, including cooks and kitchen aides. Train staff in food safety, sanitation, and dietary best practices. Develop delicious, well-balanced menus tailored to residents' unique dietary needs. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations (OSHA, CDC, FDA). Manage inventory, control food costs, and oversee ordering. Maintain budget efficiency without compromising quality. Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to continuously improve our food service experience.

What You Bring to the
Table:
Certification as a Dietary Manager (CDM) 2-3 years of experience in dietary management or food service (healthcare setting preferred). Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations . Excellent team leadership and communication skills . Experience with budgeting, cost control, and inventory management .
