We're growing, and we're searching for a Certified Dietary Assistant Manager (CDM) who is dedicated to excellence in food service and leadership.
What You'll Do:
Lead and inspire a team of dietary professionals, including cooks and kitchen aides. Train staff in food safety, sanitation, and dietary best practices. Develop delicious, well-balanced menus tailored to residents' unique dietary needs. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations (OSHA, CDC, FDA). Manage inventory, control food costs, and oversee ordering. Maintain budget efficiency without compromising quality.
