Position Summary:

As our Certified Dietary Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the dietary department to ensure residents receive nutritious, well-balanced meals. You will manage food service operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee the preparation and service of meals to residents. Manage dietary staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. Maintain accurate records, including dietary and nutrition-related documentation. Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to address residents' dietary needs. Monitor inventory and manage food and supply orders within budget.

Qualifications:

Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification required or RD license. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of dietary practices and regulations.
