Job Description
Dietary Aide (Part-Time) Starting at $17.50/hour Join Our Team! Are you looking for a rewarding job where you can make a difference every day? We're looking for a dependable and team-oriented Dietary Aide to help support our kitchen and dining services. In this role, you'll play an important part in providing meals and maintaining a clean, safe environment for those we serve. No extensive experience? No problem—we're happy to train the right person! What You'll Do Help prepare and set up meal trays Assist with serving meals Clear dishes and help wash trays, utensils, and kitchen equipment Operate the dishwasher and ensure it's working properly Prepare snacks and simple food items Keep the kitchen clean, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas Take out trash and keep storage areas organized Put away food and supplies safely Work closely with the cook and team to keep things running smoothly What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn Team player who can work well with others Able to follow instructions and basic recipes Good communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Must obtain a Food Handler's Certificate (we can guide you if needed) Physical Requirements This is an active role that includes: Standing and walking for most of your shift Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally Bending, reaching, and moving throughout the kitchen Work Environment You'll be working in a kitchen setting with standard food service equipment.
