$20/hour
Schedule:
Flexible (Full-Time) Position Summary Santa Cruz Post Acute is seeking a reliable and compassionate Full-Time Dietary Aide to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting nutrition services for our residents while ensuring a clean and pleasant dining experience. Key Responsibilities Assist with meal preparation and tray assembly according to dietary plans Serve meals and deliver trays to residents in a timely manner Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures Clean dishes, kitchen equipment, and dining areas Stock and organize kitchen supplies Provide courteous and respectful interaction with residents and staff Qualifications Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience preferred (not required) Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Passion for providing excellent service to residents Benefits & Perks Competitive pay: $20/hour Full-time hours with flexible scheduling Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) and sick leave 401(k) retirement plan Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive and positive team environment About Us At Santa Cruz Post Acute, we are committed to delivering high-quality care in a compassionate, respectful environment.
