"We are the provider of choice in every community that we serve!" We are seeking a Full Time Dietary Aide to join our team at East Bay Rehabilitation Center! Responsibilities:
Must have the ability to follow dietary service guidelines as outlined by the facility Must be able to move frequently throughout the workday Must be able to lift 20 lbs from floor waist, lift 10 lbs from waist to shoulder, lift and carry 20 lbs and push/pull 20 lbs Provides and collects menu cards in accordance with facility guidelines and time frames Prepares meal trays, food carts and dining room based on planned menus and dietary orders Delivers food carts, meal trays, etc., to specified resident areas and serves residents in dining room area Prepares and delivers scheduled snacks to residents Collects food trays, clears dining room tables, etc., and places in dish washing area Follows facility guidelines for food alternates or substitutes Assists with meal preparation, special events, etc. as needed and under the direction of the cook Washes dishes and utensils to ensure supplies are readily available for next scheduled meal
Qualifications:
High school diploma Ability to read and write English Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and accept constructive criticism Must be patient, friendly, courteous and respectful to residents in any situation, including difficult ones
Education and Experience:
Prior experience in dining service; health care experience preferred Company website: http://www.clearchoicehc.com
