Job Description

Join us at The Reserve at Citrus , an Inspirit Senior Living Community, where we're seeking passionate individuals to join our family as Dietary Aides. Part-time 20 Hours a Week!! All shifts require every other weekend and holidays At The Reserve at Citrus , we are committed to honoring the whole person - body, mind, and spirit. As a Dietary Aide, you'll play a vital role in our community, responsible for a variety of tasks including food preparation, service, and maintenance of dietary equipment and supplies in a sanitary condition. You'll also have the opportunity to engage with our fantastic residents, enriching their dining experiences.
Essential Responsibilities:
Prepare food according to approved menus. Assemble and distribute meal trays to residents per community policy and serve residents in the dining room. Perform daily and periodic sanitation activities, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met. Contribute to the effective operations of the department by demonstrating dependability in job performance. Demonstrate commitment to the Mission, Vision, and Values of Inspirit Senior Living. Collaborate with all staff to maintain the safety and security of everyone in the community.
Preferred Qualifications:
Serve Safe certification or equivalent preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
