Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Greater Tampa Area | Skilled Nursing Facility A reputable Skilled Nursing Facility in the Greater Tampa Area is seeking an experienced and motivated Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to join our team. The Certified Dietary Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Dietary Department, ensuring residents receive high-quality nutritional services while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily food service operations and dietary staff Ensure compliance with healthcare dietary regulations and sanitation standards Coordinate resident meal services and special dietary needs Monitor food quality, safety, and inventory management Assist with survey readiness and regulatory compliance Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident care
Qualifications:
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential required Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of dietary regulations, food safety, and nutrition services Ability to manage staff and maintain a positive dining experience for residents
