Full-Time & Flexible Hours:

Work comfortably within flexible schedules — choose between 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM shifts, designed to fit your lifestyle. Lead with your Certified Dietary Manager credential and your strong commitment to food safety — ServSafe certification is required to ensure the highest standards. Be at the heart of a supportive, team-focused environment that values your leadership and dedication.

What You'll Be Doing:

Plan and deliver well-balanced, nutritious weekly menus that delight residents Enforce strict federal, state, and local food safety and sanitation regulations, including ServSafe standards Conduct thorough safety and sanitation inspections regularly Ensure top-notch food quality, presentation, and portion control Manage dietary inventory, budget, and vendor coordination efficiently Lead, inspire, and train the dietary team to achieve excellence Support special facility events through catering and community engagement

What We're Looking For:

Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential and ServSafe certification are mandatory Proven knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and dietary regulations Experience in healthcare or long-term care dietary services preferred Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills A positive, team-oriented approach with a passion for quality care Why Join East Cobb Center for Nursing and Healing?
